Boiler Automation
Driller / Talk Back System
This device can accept multiple input sources such as prerecorded voices, background music, and messages. This can be used in oil rigs and also in other offshore sectors to achieve communication between the drillers and the crew members in the drilling rig. SMEC talk-back system can be connected to the PAGA and also to the PABX system as well.
Public Address & General Alarm
SMEC Automation offers customized Public Addresses and general alarms for safe and reliable communication. This system is mostly designed for offshore operations such as drilling rigs, refineries, etc. Our PAGA system is composed of different components such as CPU, Access panel, Amplifiers, etc
Quarter Ramp / Door
The ship and shore interface can be improved by the SMEC quarter ramp door. This door is designed as well as a watertight door when it is in the closed position. Our quarter ramp door has three major sections. Smooth vehicle transition can be achieved due to the hinged shore flaps and internal bridge plates. Cars, trucks, or other heavy vehicles can be loaded by using our quarter ramp door.

Deck Skid System
SMEC deck skid system is composed of pallets, tractor units which is hydraulically driven, deck rail arrangements, etc. All of this will allow the safe and secured shuttling of loads of several tonnes. Our Deck skid system will allow safe and secure operations and all of this can be done remotely.
Voyage Data Recorders
SMEC Voyage data recorder is compatible with every vessel. This sensor can collect data from the sensors in a vessel and this is achieved because of its compliance with the IMO international convention SOLAS. Another feature of the SMEC data recorder is that it can withstand extreme shocks.
Crane Radio Systems
Crane Radio Systems are wireless communication systems used to control and monitor cranes remotely. They SMEC crane radio system can be used to achieve two-way wireless communication. It can be used to achieve proper communication between the operating professionals in a vessel. This system will allow the crane operator to take complete control of the crane.
Deep Sea Corer Winch System
SMEC Deep sea corer winch system will be useful to achieve better deep sea core sampling. We have a wide range of deep-sea corer winch designs for direct pull and traction winches. We have the most advanced equipment such as CTD, plankton nets, rosettes, etc. Optimized spooling can be achieved by our advanced winch system which is composed of an electric fleet angle sensor.
